Fue un hospedaje muy agradable. A pesar de ser una familia grande, el trato por Salvador fue muy buena y paciente.
Noche de año nuevo 2025 el hotel tuvo un detalle muy bonito y a cada familia nos regalaron una botella de vino espumoso y chocolates. Buen descanso, habitación linda con excelente servicio. Atentos 24/7. Súper recomendable!!!
Excelente lugar para descansar, el personal muy atento, habitaciones muy cómodas, cuenta con frigobar en habitaciones, área para preparar café y alimentos si así lo deseas.

Quiet hotel away from the village... That's both good and bad. It'll work a lot better if you have a car or at least a bicycle to get around. It's safe, just dark, and there are roaming dogs all over town, so it feels super sketchy when walking to your sunrise paddle board tour in the dark.
La ubicación no está cerca de la laguna, sin embargo, si buscas descanso está perfecto, habitaciones en buen estado, huelen rico, limpias, mi pareja y yo descansamos super bien, cuenta con estacionamiento, cerca hay a super AKI y tienen bebidas en el frigobar con costo pero es buena atención. En resumen MUY recomendable.
Es un buen lugar para solo llegar a dormir / descansar. Es ideal si no quieres invertir tanto en hospedaje pero si en actividades. Pasas todo el día fuera disfrutando de la bella laguna de Bacalar y llegas cansado a bañarte y a dormir. Cama cómoda, agüita caliente , netflix en la TV, personal 24/7 . Lugar limpio y agradable.
